Approving, Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Reso. No. 06-2020, prohibiting the operation of rapid testing to all private clinics, laboratories in the Municipality who failed to comply the following to wit: guidelines set by Administrative Order No. 2020-0014-A, re: submission of contingency plan and the provision of isolation area for COVID-19 positives;

Approving Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Reso. No. 05-2020, requesting the Regional IATF to allow LGU-Buug to suspend the acceptance of inbound LSIs from December 8, 2020 until January 4, 2021 and the processing of travel documents for acceptance of inbound LSIs will resume on January 5, 2021 in order to avoid the scenario of spending Christmas and or New Year inside the quarantine facility and furthermore, to give us time to conduct repair, disinfect our facilities and more importantly to give our health workers and front liners their much needed rest;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2020 of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2020 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of SEVEN (7) contracts of services for the above-mentioned persons to commence on January 1, 2021 up to June 30, 2021:

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ZAMBOANGA CITY MEDICAL CENTER represented by AFDAL B. KUNTING, MD., MPH, FPCP, ZCMC Medical Center Chief, Zamboaanga City for the conduct of laboratory testing in its facility particularly for COVID 19 and provide the necessary services;

approved Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Bliss, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to GLENN GUATNO MAMANTAL, the husband of the late JOSEPHINE NONGO MAMANTAL from Purok 4, Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Health, Regional Office, IX, a government agency of the Republic of the Philippines created pursuant to Executive Order 94 s. 1947 and Executive Order No. 102 s. 1999, with principal office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City herein represented by EMILIA P. MONICIMPO. MD., MPH, CSEE, Director IV, Regional Office IX hereinafter referred to as the DOH RO. IX for the Implementation of the Integrated Clinic Information System (iClinicSys);
