Approving Execom Reso. No. 01-2020, re: LDRRMC No. 008-2020, a resolution amending LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL-006-2020, a resolution approving the disbursement of the Special Trust Fund of CY 2019 amounting to PHP 600,000.00 for the procurement of DRRM equipment and repair of rescue vehicle/motorcycles into disbursement for the procurement of Fire Extinguishers in the amount of Php165,000.00 and allocation for COVID-19 operation in the amount of Php435,000.00;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE CORPORATION, a government-owned and controlled corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at City State Centre, 709, Shaw Boulevard 1600 Pasig City, Metro Manila, represented by its Regional Vice President PAOLO JOHANN C. PEREZ, and hereinafter referred to as (PHILHEALTH) for the implementation of NHIP through the Group enrollment Program;

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 04-2020 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Pling, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving this Resolution interposing no objection to the conversion of a portion of land located at Purok 5, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay owned by MR. JULIETO L. MONDING from Agricultural Use to Commercial Use PROVIDED that he shall be responsible for the possible approval of the land conversion from the Office of the Department of Agrarian Reform before introducing any structures and furnished the Sangguniang Bayan and MPDO a copy of the said documents for our perusal;

Approving this Resolution interposing no objection to the proposed Equipment Shade and Proposed Gasoline Station Project of Engr. Gary M. Buendia, located at Purok 1, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay PROVIDED that he shall be responsible for the possible approval of the land conversion from the Office of the Department of Agrarian Reform before introducing any structures and furnished the Sangguniang Bayan and MPDO a copy of the said documents for our perusal;

Requesting the DPWH, 1st District Engineering Office, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay to suspend the construction of the New Building at the Wet Market and Carenderia Section from February 22, 2021 to March 22, 2021 for a period of thirty (30) days;

Granting financial assistance to MR. EURY DELEVERIO, husband of the late TERESITA G. DELEVERIO, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

approved 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing the Seventy Seven (77) active BHW’s of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Provincial Government of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the inclusion on the list of recipients of Provincial honorarium;
