Approving, Resolution No. 01-S-2021 from Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, re: Requesting Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor to donate one (1) unit transformer 25 KVA with accessories to be used by Bag-ong Borbon Water Works System, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, Municipal Assessor and Municipal Engineer, this municipality to facilitate the documentation, assessment and relocation survey of all donated and purchased lots occupied and utilized by LGU-Buug to support the transfer of ownership;

Requesting the Local Finance Committee to appropriate funds intended for the Sangguniang Bayan’s Barangay Development Fund (BDF) amounting to One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) each to be included and prioritized in the 2nd Supplemental Budget;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NATIONAL NUTRITION COUNCIL, with Office address at 2332 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Taguig City herein presented by AZUCENA M. DAYANGHIRANG, MD. MCH, CESO III in her capacity as Executive Director, hereinafter referred to as the NATIONAL NUTRITION COUNCIL for the “Dietary Supplementation Program (DSP) or Tutok Kainan for Pregnant Women/Children” in 26 barangays covering 149 pregnant women/and 1,042 children 6-23 months old;

Granting financial assistance to JELLYN B. NABAS, the wife of LORETO NABAS, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MILA IBRAHIM DIMASAGKA, the daughter of the late SAWIRA LADJA IBRAHIM, Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ALEEN CAPAS, daughter of CAMILA CAPAS, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to CHRISTY C. OMONGOS, the mother of DIANNE ROSE O. RUSTE, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving – 2020 Barangay Revenue Tax ordinance as amended of Barangay Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving – Barangay Revenue Code No. 01-2020 of Barangay Bawang, this Municipality, re: An Ordinance enacting the Barangay Revenue Code of Barangay Bawang, Municipality of Buug, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving – Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2020 of Barangay Manlin, this Municipality, re: An Ordinance requiring all chain saw owners/operators to pay a fee in a rate of Five Hundred (500) Pesos per annum;

Approving – Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2020 of Barangay Manlin, this Municipality, re: An Ordinance penalizing any drivers of vehicle, tricycle and motorcycles for not observing thirty (30) KPH speed limit within territorial jurisdiction of Barangay Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving – the 2020 Barangay Revenue Tax Ordinance of Barangay Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PHILIPPINE STATISTIC AUTHORITY, a government agency established by virtue of Republic Act No. 10625 or the Philippine Statistical Act of 2013, with office address at PSA Complex, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City 1101 Philippines, represented by Regional Director of Region 9, MEWCHUN W.S. PAMARAN, Ph.D herein referred to as “PSA” or the First Party” for the establishment of a single national identification system to register all Filipinos and resident aliens of the Republic of the Philippines;

Approving Execom Reso. No. 01-2020, re: LDRRMC No. 008-2020, a resolution amending LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL-006-2020, a resolution approving the disbursement of the Special Trust Fund of CY 2019 amounting to PHP 600,000.00 for the procurement of DRRM equipment and repair of rescue vehicle/motorcycles into disbursement for the procurement of Fire Extinguishers in the amount of Php165,000.00 and allocation for COVID-19 operation in the amount of Php435,000.00;
