Granting financial assistance to Soledad Villamor, Sister--in-law of TEODORO PUERTO J. VILLAMOR, a resident of Purok 24, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to LOURDES G. BORNALES, wife of the late JOSUE SELVESTRE BORNALES, a resident of Purok 4, Pling, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting the PCL President HONORABLE CRIZAMILLE LAUREEN R. JAJURIE, RN, MN to provide one (1) unit CPU and one (1) unit monitor for the Sangguyniang Bayan Office, this Municipality

Requesting JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES. MD., MPH, CESE, OIC- DIRECTOR IV, Department Of Health, Regional Office Ix Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City for a Physician to be assigned in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay under the Doctors to the Barrio (DTTB) of the Department of Health;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Mabuhay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting the Manager EMILY F. SORILLA, Development Bank of the Philippines, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Branch to establish ATM outlet at the Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting Honorable Wilter Yap Palma, Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to donate the following units to the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, to wit: 1. Heavy Equipment Excavator with Chassis No. KWJ34E0EKK006788 and Engine No. 4M50-E23487 2. Five (5) Units Motorcycles with Cab and Canopy with the following description to wit: 044580, 035614, 044686, 043128 and 048674 3. One (1) Unit Bongo with Engine No. DEO4508, Body Type: T-JBA and Model 519H-11A

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor to accept all donated Vehicles and Motorcycle above-mentioned from the Provincial Government, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Approving – Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2021 of Barangay Bawang, this municipality, re: “Regulating the speed of vehicles not to exceed (30) thirty kilometers per hour within the Barangay Road and other Built-Up areas and school zones within the Barangay proper and imposing fines/penalties thereof;

Approving Barangay Resolution No. 016 series of 2020 from Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, re: A Resolution on adopting Municipal Ordinance No. 14, Municipal Ordinance No. 21, and Municipal Ordinance No. 22, all series of 2020, Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and be implemented the same in Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to VIVIAN C. ADE, the mother of GUIA C. ADE, Purok 1, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving, Resolution No. 01-S-2021 from Barangay Del Monte, this municipality, re: Requesting Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor to donate one (1) unit transformer 25 KVA with accessories to be used by DEMWSA Association, Del Monte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
