Approving Resolution No. 23 series of 2020 from Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, re: a Resolution indorsing and interposing no objection to the proposed Largo-Bation Subdivision located at Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with Jane and Joy Realty Services as the developer PROVIDED that the applicant shall comply the needed requirements for the conversion of Agricultural Land to Residential Land from the Office of the Department of Agrarian Reform and other relevant requirements from National Line agencies, DENR-EMB (ECC), DHSUD, LGU-Zoning and other requirements compliance to Republic Acts pertaining to subdivision development and LGU Business Permit;

Approving the MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) entered between LGU-Buug, represented by the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor with Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), represented by its President, ATTY. ARNOLFO RICARDO B. CABLING, with office address at Banco de Oro Plaza Building, 8737 Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City intended for socialized housing programs of the Municipal Government of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to grant financial assistance to the following affected households in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.000) each, charge to Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds for the above-mentioned purpose, to wit: 1. Mr. Jonathan Limen 2. Mr. Eric Banagan 3. Mr. Christopher Graboso 4. Mr. Jessie Teves 5. Mr. Roldan Tayahop 6. Ms. Analiza M. Lumanas 7. Ms. Perlita Cadildig 8. Ms. Hionesia Apao

Authorizing DR. MARK GREGORY C. GACUTAN, Municipal Health officer to procure one (1) unit air cooler with stand to be used during COVID-19 vaccination charged to continuing appropriations of the Municipal Health office;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor to enter in to MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) with Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), represented by its President, ATTY. ARNOLFO RICARDO B. CABLING, with office address at Banco de Oro Plaza Building, 8737 Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City intended for socialized housing programs of the Municipal Government of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to to MARTINA O. ANDINGAN, the mother of RICKY O. ANDINGAN AND ORKZEL O. ANDINGAN who are experiencing mental disorder for their medication in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Datu Panas, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Bawang, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approved 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Maganay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Bliss, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing ENGR. HANIEL L. REMOTIGUE, Municipal Engineer to issue a building permit exclusively to all existing establishments that were constructed before March 31, 2021 situated along National Highway within the Municipality of Buug requiring the applicants to sign a notarized Waiver for demolition when needed by the Department of Public Works and Highways for road widening and those constructed beyond March 31, 2021 onwards are required to apply for a building permit pursuant to PD 1096;
