Granting financial assistance to ROSE T. TAGUBAR, a caregiver of NANCY S. BUENDIA in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay San Jose, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Guintuloan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting the Regional Director, MANUEL LUIS OCHOTORENA, OCD, Region IX , PCCA Regional Government Center, Balintawak, Pagadian City for the COVID-19 continuing operation assistance for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay; (Please see attached Purchase Request)

Setting MGCQ Fixed Additional Guidelines on how to control the travelers who are coming in or entering, the boundary to contain the spread of COVID-19 cases;

Adopting Executive Order No. 1011-04-26-2021-030 series of 2021 an order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay for a period of Fifteen (15) days from April 29, 2021 to May 14, 2021 to CURB the rising COVID-19 cases in the Province;

Authorizing HONORABLE JONAM R. LAGAS, Municipal Vice-Mayor, this Municipality to award the un-renewed franchise to the new motorcycle operators applicants;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Delmonte, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor to enter into Specific Implementation Agreement for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program with Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD);

Approving– the application for Subdivision of Nenita G. Gako, of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Five (6,855) SQUARE METERS, located at Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) for the rehabilitation of Villacastor Farmers Organization (VILFOR) Processing Center for Oyster Mushroom production;
