Granting financial assistance to VILLAMER LEBRINO, husband of TERESITA C. LEBRINO in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MARY JANE E. SUMALINOG, daughter of FLORA E. SUMALINOG in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Guitom, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to sign and accept the Deed of Donation and acceptance in behalf of the Municipal Government of Buug with Zenaida Sedoon, single and a resident of Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ONE (3,601) SQUARE METERS, located at Barangay Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas to enter into and assign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the National Housing Authority, Indigenous People Community, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) for the development of the IP housing project and approving the use of LGU property as a housing site for the identified qualified beneficiaries;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-010-2021, re: resolution approving the Supplemental Capability Development of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-009-2021, re: resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 3 for CY-2021;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-006-2021, re: resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Annual Investment Plan for year 2022;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-007-2021, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolutions Nos. 004-2021, 005-2021, 006-2021 and 007-2021,

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-006-2021, re: resolution adopting the 2022 GAD Plan and Budget in the amount of Seven Million Six Hundred Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Seven & 95/100 only (7,641,237.95);

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-005-2021, re: resolution adopting the MGFPS Reso. Nos. 001-2021, 002-2021, 004-2021, 005-2021, 007-2021 and 008-2021

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-004-2021, re: resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended appropriations in the 20% Economic Development Fund and savings from various completed projects;

Approving MGFPS Reso No. 03-2021, re: Resolution to request the Commission on Audit to allow LGU-Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to demolish the Bahay ni Nanay;

Granting financial assistance to MR. BENJIE M. PAGAL, the son of the late MYRNA M. PAGAL in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) ) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
