Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Talairan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Signifying our intention to avail the PAGCOR Project in the amount of FIFTY MILLION PESOS (P50,000,000.00) intended for the construction of Evacuation Center, this Municipality;

Allowing the Municipal Health Unit Personnel, this Municipality to adopt the sharing scheme based on the benefit package as provided in Philhealth Circular No. 2020-0018, to wit: seventy percent (70%) goes to General Fund intended for medicine, diagnostics, transport and other operational cost and thirty percent (30%) for professional fees;

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 11 series of 2021, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan for CY 2021;

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 10-2021, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolutions No. DBL 022-S2021, DBL 023-S2021 and DBL 024-S2021

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND

Requesting, owners/proprietors of big establishments within the Municipality of Buug to entertain only those clients and customers who can present vaccination cards

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS to enter into CONTRACT OF SERVICE with DR. ROGER G. TOG as Municipal Dentist from January 3, 2021 up to June 30, 2022 with monthly Salary of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00);

Designating MS. JEAN M. SIPIN, Project Development Officer II, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Acting Assistant Municipal Treasurer, Office of the Municipal Treasurer of same Municipality for a period of one (1) year effective December 3, 2021 up to but not beyond December 2, 2022;

Mandating all government employees in Public and Private sectors to undergo COVID-19 vaccination in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting the “NO VACCINATION, NO ENTRY POLICY” to all beaches/resorts goers within the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting the “NO VACCINATION, NO CHRISTMAS BONUS POLICY” to all Municipal Local Government Unit Employees and Barangay Local government Unit employees, this Municipality;
