Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT TRADE AND INDUSTRY-ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY PROVINCIAL OFFICE, a national government agency with principal office address at 2nd Floor, Montebello Building, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, herein represented by MARLON A. ALABATA, Provincial Director and hereafter referred to as the “DTI-ZSP” for One Town, One Product (OTOP) Display corner in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to JIMMY MANOOP, son of the late RUFINO D. MANOOP, a resident of Purok 18, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MICHELLE NASARA, daughter of the late ROGELIO J. NASARA, a resident of Purok 9, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ENR. JESSIE MHAR P. SABADO-Document Officer effective July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 for the concreting of Agutayan-Talamimi Farm-to-Market Road which has a timeframe of Four Hundred Forty –Two (442) calendar days;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-01-07-2022-001 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, and order fixing the guidelines for the protection of the people of Zamboanga Sibugay from the spread of COVID-19 and its variants in the Province effective January 11, 2022 up to January 31, 2022

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICES of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer effective January 3, 2022 to June 30, 2022coordination of the Municipal Anti-COVID Task Force;

Approving 2022 Internal Rules Of Procedure For The Sangguniang Bayan Ng Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay As Amended

grants COVID-19 Hazard Pay to all LGU Employees, elected officials, Job Orders, Contract of Service basis rendering service during Enhance Community Quarantine (ECQ) declared last June 2, 2021 to June 30, 2021 at P500.00/day per employee;

Requesting all offices to entertain those clients who can present a fully vaccinated card upon entry of every offices;

granting financial assistance to PRINCESS JOY U. DOJELIO, the daughter of SUSANA DOJELIO, a resident of Purok 6, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

grants granting financial assistance to MARICAR G. BANDAL, the daughter of the late CARLOS Q. BANDAL, a resident of Purok 4, Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, this municipality for the renewal of CONTRACT OF SERVICES to commence on January 1, 2022 up to June 30,2022 of this municipality for the following to wit: 1. Jestoni Moncada - Heavy Equipment Road Roller Compactor Operator and other related Duties and Functions. 2. Rosalio Romero - Heavy Equipment Mechanic 3. Marvin Murayao - Backhoe Operator 4. Alfredo Conui, Jr. - Heavy and Light Equipment Mechanic 5. Danilo Sayson - Heavy and Light Radiator Mechanic 6. Ramil Econar - Heavy and Light Equipment Electrician 7. Gamaliel Hamoy – Heavy and Light Equipment Body Builder

Granting financial assistance to MARIANE AMPUAN LABAJO, the daughter of NIMFA A. AMPUAN, a resident of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

accepts the Summary Report of the Scholarship Program and Allowances disbursed by PTC-Zamboanga Sibugay TESDA for year 2020 and 2021 in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
