Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), a government agency created pursuant to Republic Act No. 5416, through its REGIONAL OFFICE IX, with the Office address at General Vicente Alvarez St., Zamboanga City, and represented by HONORABLE DIRECTOR RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN, CESO IV for the implementation of Social Pension to Senior Citizen augmentation of P500.00 monthly stipend to be released twice a year;

Requesting, MR. RITCHE L. AMIGO, State Auditor IV, Audit Team Leader, Ipil. Zamboanga Sibugay to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the following structures, to wit: The dilapidated Weighing Building located at the back of the Municipal Fire Station for ground development to be used as parking area for vehicles; The dilapidated Engineering Office Building located at the Municipal Police Station to pave way for the ground development of the Municipal Police Station and Municipal Police Barracks and construction of the concrete perimeter fence;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Lantawan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Pling, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Guminta, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Guitom, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Datu Panas, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Pulog, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Manlin, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Manlin, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Earnestly requests ENGR. KENNETH M. ALBRECHT, OIC- General Manager, ZAMSURECO II, Pangi, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province for the electrification and installation of main line of the following, to wit: Barangay Labrador – from Purok 2 and Purok 10 at Sitio Katurog for electrification Barangay Muyo – Purok 4 for electrification Talamimi to Agutayan - for the installation of Main Line Barangay Pamintayan – from Purok 5, 6 and 7, Sitio Barorao for the installation of Main Line

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MS. JUVY P. ECHAVARIA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay effective January 3, 2023 to March 31, 2023 with monthly salary amounting to P10,000.00 per month;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MS. ROXANNE N. UTLANG, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Municipal Data Encoder/MDE effective January 3, 2023 to March 31, 2023 with monthly salary amounting to P7,500.00 per month;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MS. SHERILYN B. GEPITULAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Municipal Community Empowerment Facilitator/MCEF of KALAHI-CIDSS effective January 3, 2023 to March 31, 2023 with monthly salary amounting to P7,500.00 per month;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MR. FELIX C. TARIO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Municipal Community Empowerment Facilitator/MCEF of KALAHI-CIDSS effective January 3, 2023 to March 31, 2023 with monthly salary amounting to P7,500.00 per month;
