Requesting CONGRESSMAN WILTER Y. PALMA, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to appropriate funds for the autonomous MSU-Buug Campus;

Requesting HON. ANTONIO MARIANO C. ALMEDA, Administrator, National Electrification Administration (NEA) for the installation and electrification of Barangay Talamimi to Barangay Agutayan, this Municipality;

Approving the Ten (10) Year Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan for CY 2023-2032 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving IP’s Resolution No. 02-2023, A Resolution approving the hold-over capacity of Timuay Jocelyn M. Chua, as the Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative/Indigenous Peoples Cultural Communities (IP’s/ICC’s) in the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay until the selection and official assumption;

Adopting Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance No. Ordinance No. 2022-607, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, re: An Ordinance providing financial subsidy to all Barangays in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay as additional funding support for cultural and sports activities during commemoration of their Araw Ng Barangay;

Adopting Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance No. 2022-599, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, An ordinance mandating the certification of all business establishments selling halal products of foods, setting the policy for separate storage display and establishments of halal lanes exclusively for halal foods and beverages and other halal non-food products in their respective business in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and creating the halal task force

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2022 of Barangay Compostela, this Municipality, re: An Ordinance providing a Traffic Management within the vicinity of Barangay Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving 2022 Barangay Tax Revenue Ordinance as amended of barangay Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2022 of Barangay Manlin, this Municipality, re: An ordinance prohibiting all minors from roaming freely within the vicinity of the Barangay during 10:00 in the evening up to 4:00 o’clock in the morning;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Coconut Authority, a government owned and controlled corporation organized and existing under by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at R & D Building, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City, herein represented by its Acting Administrator, BERNIE F. CRUZ, referred to as the “PCA” for the establishment of Communal Coconut Hybrid Nursery, this Municipality;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Pamintayan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 04-2022 of Barangay Poblacion, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Muyo, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Extending the deadline of renewal for business permits/licenses from January 20, 2023 to January 31, 2023;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Agutayan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
