Granting financial assistance to MERCY M. NANO, mother of ELMAR MATULAC NANO, a resident of Purok 4, Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 2, series of 2023, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental AIP No. 4;

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 1, series of 2023, re: Resolution approving the MPOC Resolution No. 01-2023 – A Resolution approving the realignment of some allocation amounting to P15,000.00 from Drug Testing activities to the conduct of Intel-Fusion activity under the POPS AIP for CY 2023.

Changing the procurement of ICT Equipment (Desktop) to ICT Equipment (Laptop) under the Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO) in the amount of P65,000.00;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Poblacion this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting the Manager, Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to close the above-mentioned LBP Accounts and transfer the balances to the General Fund Account No. 2852-1000-47 to avoid charging of monthly dormancy fee for dormant deposit account;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS and Municipal Treasurer, MR. RUDY S. MAQUILING, all of this municipality to activate MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG GPBD Account with Account No. 2852-1109-13 with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to ORESTE VILLANOS ORTEGA, father of MARITESS ORTEGA PUGOY, a resident of Purok 1, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing Honorable Jonam R. Lagas, in his capacity as Municipal Vice-Mayor and Mr. Rudy S. Maquiling, Municipal Treasurer as the Principal Signatories, in bank transaction with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with Account No. 2852-1000-47 exclusively for legislative transactions;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, in her capacity as Municipal Mayor and Mr. Rudy S. Maquiling, Municipal Treasurer as the Principal Signatories, in all bank transactions with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Bag-po, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Villacastor, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Poblacion, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Pamintayan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
