Granting financial assistance to JEANNEVY GAY J. BAT-OG, wife of the late EDUARD B. BAT-OG, a resident of Purok 2, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to OTEZA P. EMOLIN, sister-in-law of the late JERRIAN EMOLIN, a resident of Purok 2, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JULIET C. ALIMANZA, mother of the late JOEL C. ALIMANZA, a resident of Purok 7, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to pay the Real Property Tax of the donated road lot in the amount of P4,347.65 and other related expenses for the transfer of title in the name of LGU-Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to accept the Deed of Donation in behalf of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay intended as Road Lot located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay registered in the name of Isabel Bandal covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 130-2022001330, containing an area of Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen (2,513) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

Approving the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan of Helconido L. Raña, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (1,917) SQUARE METERS, located at Poblacion, Buug, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay covered by OCT No. P-37,838 registered in the name of LAURENCIA LLEDO;

Granting financial assistance to MARLYN ALIMANZA, wife of the late REX SANAL ALIMANZA, a resident of Purok 7, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JENNY MANGUBAT PAGDAYAWON, a resident of Purok 3, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the calamity/disaster victim whose house was swept away by the flood and totally damage due to heavy rain to be taken from the LDRRM Funds;

Approving – the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan of Nandy Manlang, et. al, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY (4,680) SQUARE METERS, located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer effective July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023;

Endorsing the Petition for the retention of MR. JANODIN A. BASHER as OIC-CHIEF, Land Transportation Office, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting for the retention of Mr. JANODIN A. BASHER, LTO-Chief, Buug Extension Office, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Datu Panas, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Basalem, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality enter into a Deed Donation with Barangay Captains who were issued brand-new motorcycles from DRRM funds above-mentioned;
