Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Danlugan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving MDC Reso No. No. DBL-005-2023, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 2 for CY 2023;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-004-2023, re: Resolution adopting MGFPS Resolution Nos. 01-2023 and 02-2023 to wit: 1. MGFPS Resolution No. 01-2023. A resolution renaming the Rehabilitation of Bahay Ni Nanay to Construction of Bahay Ni Nanay in the amount of Php1,000,000.00; 2. MGFPAS Resolution No. 02-2023. A resolution renaming the Villacastor Child Development Center Construction to Completion of Villacastor Child Development Center in the amount of Php200,000.00

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-003-2023, re: Resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Resolution Nos. DBL 001-S-2023 and DBL 002-S-2023, to wit: 1. Resolution No. DBL 001-S-2023. A resolution realigning the unexpended balances of the LDRRMF amounting to Php3,860,829.84 into various DRRM Projects and activities and further authoring the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same 2. Resolution No. DBL 002-S-2023. A resolution realigning the DRRM savings amounting to Php36,604.85 into allocation for the payment of labor of the rescue vehicle repainting and rental of compressor;

Allowing Mr. Rey A. Soon, to construct a commercial building specifically a multi-purpose building within a residential zone containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (131) SQUARE METERS with OCT No. P-52,120 and TWO HUNDRED NINETY TWO (292) SQUARE METERS with Tax Declaration No. 02-0001-00666 and PIN 080-02-0001-010-27 to be established along Rahman Streets, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Allowing MR. ARDYL A. SORONGON, to construct a commercial building specifically a room with six (6) bedrooms containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (254) SQUARE METERS with TCT No. 130-2018000832 to be established at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA – CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT, a National Government Agency/Department of Health Regional Office with office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, herein represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD, MPH, CESO IV in the official capacity as Officer in Charge – Regional Director of Zamboanga Peninsula – Center for Health Development for the implementation of DOH issued AO No. 2022-0039, dated September 2, 2022 entitled “Supplemental Guidelines on the Grant of Health Emergency Allowance to Eligible Public and Private Health Care and Non-Health Care Workers During the COVID-19 Pandamic Pursuant to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11712” to provide supplemental guidelines on the grant of HEA pursuant to RA No. 11712 and its IRR, particularly requiring the PARTIES to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, 1ST DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, with principal address at Barangay Kauswagan, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay and represented by ENGR. REY F. JANOLINO, District Engineer for the construction of Solar Water System at Guitom, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to JERRY CERBO ERAN, father of MARILYN C. JALALON, sister of MALAQUIAS L. CUIZON, JR., a resident of Purok 20, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JERRY CERBO ERAN, father of SHAINE ERAN RAMIREZ, a resident of Purok 3, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to sign the specific implementation agreement for Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) 2023;

Approving2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Labrador, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY – ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY PROVINCIAL OFFICE, a government agency duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with principal office address at 2F Montebello Building, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay herein represented by its Provincial Director, MR. MARLON A. ALABATA, and hereinafter referred to as “DTI-ZSPO” for the establishment of Negosyo Center for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025;

Adopting the Provincial Ordinance No. 2022-614 dated January 30, 2023, re: An Ordinance institutionalizing a drug – free workplace in the Local Government of Zamboanga Sibugay and appropriating funds for the implementation thereof;
