Approving MDC Reso No. DBL 008-2023, re: Resolution approving the realignment of the same unexpended appropriations in the 20% Economic Development Fund and savings from various completed projects;

approved MDC Reso No. DBL 007-2023, re: Resolution adopting the MGFPS Reso. Nos. DBL 04-2023 and DBL 05-2023, to wit: 1. MGFPS Resolution No. 04-S2023 – a resolution for the deferment of the rehabilitation and construction of child development centers in Barangay Bulaan, Pulog and Villacastor. 2. Reso. No. 05-2023 – a resolution realigning GAD Fund savings from current year’s appropriation and savings from continuing appropriation to CBMS, MFGPS Enhancement Program, SPES and rehabilitation of Shelter Home’s Ground Floor for Php1,785.430.97;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL 006-2023, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRM Reso. Nos. DBL 06-S2023, DBL 07-S2023 and DBL 08-S2023, to wit: 1. Resolution No. 06-S2023 – a resolution approving the re-alignment of the current LDRRM Fund for the improvement of old BFP Building (EOC HALL) amounting to Php500,000.00 into construction of railings with solar lights along the new wet market area flood control project for public safety. 2. Reso. No. 07-S2023 – a resolution approving the re-alignment of continuing LDRRM fund savings into fabrication of fixed signages and early warning signages amounting to Php289,110.62. 3. Resolution No. 08-S2023 – a resolution approving the re-alignment of unexpended balances or Special Trust Fund under LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL004-S2022 specifically item No. 6 the LDRRM Office perimeter fence into fabrication of fixed signages and early warning signages amounting to Php28,954.36.

Authorized HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through its Regional Office with office address at Zamboanga City represented by Regional Director RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN, CESO, IV hereinafter referred to as the DSWD for the implementation of Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) 13th Cycle for CY 2023;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality for the renewal of CONTRACT OF SERVICES to commence on July 1, 2023 up to December 31, 2023, of this municipality for the following to wit: 1. Jestoni Moncada - Heavy Equipment Road Roller Compactor Operator and other related Duties and Functions 2. Rosalio Romero - Heavy Equipment Mechanic 3. Marvin Murayao - Backhoe Operator 4. Alfredo Conui, Jr. - Heavy and Light Equipment Mechanic 5. Danilo Sayson - Heavy and Light Radiator Mechanic 6. Ramil Econar - Heavy and Light Equipment Electrician 7. Noel Guigayoma Catipay – Heavy and Light Equipment Body Builder

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with MIKE CARPENTEROS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Poblacion, Buug as Aircon Technician with a monthly Salary of P10,000.00 effective July 1-December 31, 2023;

Granting financial assistance to CHESTER JOHN A. TUMANON, son of the late MARCELINA A. TUMANON a resident of Bulaan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor and MR. RUDY S. MAQUILING, Municipal Treasurer, all of this Municipality to open a separate account with Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Buug Branch under Trust Fund intended for Senior Citizen Social Pension Program;

Requesting, HONORABLE MUJAHID C. JAJURIE for the release of the financial assistance in the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) intended for the purchase of Office Supplies and Equipment of the Sangguniang Bayan, to wit: 1. One (1) unit Comb Binding Machine F4 Size Officom (Long/Legal) Heavy Duty 2. One (1) unit Heavy Duty Stapler Binding Staples 120 sheets capacity office school tools 3.
