Adopting the Contingency Plan for FIRE CY 2023-2025, this Municipality;

Changing the procurement of ICT Equipment (Laptop) to ICT Equipment (Desktop with Printer) under the Engineering Office and Other Business Operation (OBO) in the amount of P100,000.00 each;

Requesting, MR. RITCHE L. AMIGO, State Auditor IV, Audit Team Leader, Commission on Audit, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the dilapidated Engineering Office Building located at the Municipal Police Station to pave way for the ground development of the Municipal Police Station and Municipal Police Barracks and construction of the concrete perimeter fence;

Adopting the National Policy on the Prevention of Blindness Program;

Adopting the National Policy on Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Chronic Lifestyle Related Non-Communicable Diseases;

Adopting the implementing guidelines on the institutionalization of the Philippine Package of Essential NCD intervention (PHIL PEN) on the Integrated Management of Hypertension and diabetes for Primary Health Care Facilities;

Adopting Republic Act No. 8423 “An Act creating the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care (PITAHC) to accelerate the development of Traditional and Alternative Health Care in the Philippines, providing for a traditional and alternative health care development fund and for other purposes;

Requesting to convert the Proposed Community Mortgage Program (CMP) into Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to enter into loan with the Land Bank of the Philippines in the amount of ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP100,000,000.00) for the construction of Function Hall Building, Swimming Pools and other amenities for the BUUG RESORT located at Sitio Silupa, Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and endorsing the same;

Approving – the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan of Rinalyn D. Etao, a resident of Purok 9, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (152) SQUARE METERS, located at Purok 9, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Muyo, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Lantawan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Guminta, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Villacastor, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to informal settlers who will be affected by the construction of the access road going to the Super Health Center located at V. Sagun Street, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) each to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds for the following persons, to wit: 1.
