LGU BUUG

Requesting the National Electrification Administration through its Administrator Antonio Mariano C. Almeda to transfer the following Municipalities or area: Bayog, Kumalarang and Lakewood under ZAMSURECO II to Zamboanga del Sur I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZAMSURECO I); Sibuco, Siocon, Siraway and Baliguian under ZAMSURECO II to Zamboanga Del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZANECO) and District of Vitali under ZAMSURECO II to Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZAMCELCO);

A resolution requesting National Electrification Administration through its Administrator ANTONIO MARIANO C. ALMEDA to separate the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay from ZAMSURECO II for its exclusivity and name it to ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (ZAMSIBECO) consisting of sixteen (16) Municipalities.

Granting financial assistance to ROSALIE GUTIERREZ MENDAROS, wife of ROMEO P. MENDAROS, a resident of Purok 3, Barangay, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MARVIN J. COMIQUE nephew of the late MARIO JUSTINIANO, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ELIZABETH J. ARAÑO aunt of the late JASHRIL CLAUDIO ARAÑO,a resident of Barangay Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to BENITO B. NAVARRO (patient), a resident of Purok 30, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Resolution making an appeal to PCOL EDUARD P. MALLO, PNP PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay for the possible retention of PMAJ MANOLO T. ECHEM, as Chief of Police of Buug Municipal Police Station, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), a government agency created pursuant to Republic Act No. 5416, through its REGIONAL OFFICE IX, with the Office address at General Vicente Alvarez St., Zamboanga City, and represented by HONORABLE DIRECTOR RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN, CESO IV for the implementation of Social Pension to Senior Citizen augmentation of P1,000.00 monthly stipend to be released twice a year;

Granting financial assistance to NATHANIEL AMORGANDA CADALSO, father of NANETH B. CADALSO (patient), a resident of Purok 3, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas for the extension of the validity of the Monetary Board Opinion and for us to comply the permits from other concerned agencies;

Adopting the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance No. 2022-614 dated January 30, 2023, re: An Ordinance institutionalizing a drug-free workplace in the local government of Zamboanga Sibugay and appropriating funds for the implementation thereof together with the establishment of the Assessment Team created by the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas which is composed of the above-mentioned LGU-Buug Personnel;

Granting financial assistance to NELSA M. DUHAYLUNGSOD, mother of NELFAR M. DUHAYLUNGSOD (patient), a resident of Purok 12, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JOLINA FE S. CABUSAS, daughter of FELISICIMO (patient), a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requiring outside LGU Project bidders intended for Infra, goods and services to secure local business permits for them to qualify and be issued bidding documents;

Changing the Project Title from the “construction of Municipal Memorial Park” to “construction of Municipal Public Cemetery” to conform the intent of the Municipal Ordinance No. 02-2023;
