Adopting and Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-04-2024, re: A Resolution adopting LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 02-S2024 – a resolution allocating a total amount of Php3,941,125.92 from the Special Trust Fund of the LDRRM fund CY 2023 for the different DRRM programs and projects and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same.

Adopting and Approving MDC Resolution No. DBL-05-2024, re: A Resolution approving Supplemental AIP No. 2 of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting and Approving “A resolution requesting the Barangay officials of Barangay Poblacion to allow LGU-Buug to utilize and manage the BHS and Multi-Purpose Building at Purok 16, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, as the identified temporary evacuation center, to be managed by the LDRRM Council”.

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Service with ATTY. RICHARD RAMBUYONG, private lawyer, regarding the boundary dispute with the Municipality of Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, to hire the services of a private lawyer to represent the Municipal Mayor/LGU-Buug in a case filed by the Municipality of Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Establishing Municipal Health Office of Buug and Satellite Barangay Health Station Facilities for adolescent ages 10-19 years old full development.

Granting financial assistance to JAYMAR A. CURIBA, (patient), a resident of Purok 1, Barangay, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds.

Authorizing Honorable Jonam R. Lagas, Municipal Vice-Mayor, or Honorable Marvin Jessie G. Gako, SB Member, or Honorable Sherwin R. Quintero, SB Member, or Mrs. Grace Yu Jovita, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, MPDC, or Alicia U. Manlin to represent LGU-Buug, attend and appear hearings at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and any courts regarding the Boundary Dispute with the Municipality of Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Granting financial assistance to ROMEO MINGAD MANDAG, husband of LITA B. MANDAG (patient), a resident of Purok 1, Barangay, Talamimi, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Adopting and approving MDC Reso No. DBL-002-2024, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 01, for CY 2024.

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-001-2024, re: Resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended appropriations for CY 2024.

Adopting the Policy on Ambulance and its Operation of Rural Health Unit, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Authorizing MR. CEFERINO C. PUERTO, Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Officer, this Municipality in behalf of the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to transact official business, sign, receive documents and get the Memorial Park Certification for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from the NATIONAL WATER RESOURCES BOARD (NWRB), 8th Floor, NIA Building, EDSA Quezon City.

Authorizing MR. CEFERINO C. PUERTO, Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Officer, this Municipality in behalf of the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to transact official business, sign, receive documents and get the cancellation of Mortgage of the Original Certificate of Title No. P-14,884 owned by Valeriana Buton located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), Makati City.
