Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this municipality to enter into a CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MR. GAMALIEL P. HAMOY, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Expert Welder to commence on October 1, 2019 up to December 31, 2019;

Application of Mr. Keith Jones B. Lagas for a river quarry located at Purok 6, Villacastor, Zamboanga Sibugay and interpose no objection on his application for a permit to operate;

Allowing HON. JOCELYN M. CHUA, to continue to discharge her duties and functions as Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) in the Municipal Legislative Council of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in accordance to the NCIP Administrative Order No. 03-S-2018 of Section 18 and enjoy the rights and privileges not exceeding one (1) month from October 10, 2019 to November 10, 2019;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to enter into a Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) with the Provincial Government represented by HON. ATTY. WILTER Y. PALMA, Provincial Governor and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region 9, represented by CHRISANTA MARLENE P. RODRIGUEZ, the Regional Executive Director for the implementation of the Foreshore Development and Management Plan;

Granting financial assistance to ANGELITA BAYO BARRIGA from Purok 20, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, the daughter-in-law of the late TERESA MANO-OP BARRIGA in the amount of TEN THOUSAND (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket that is still an accounts payable to the funeral home to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds.

Granting financial assistance to GREGGY ASOMBRADO, brother of the late MARK GIL G. ASOMBRADO from Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket of the late MARK GIL G. ASOMBRAD0 that is still an account payable to the funeral home to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting additional allocation containing an area of EIGHTY FOUR (84) SQUARE METERS in order to arrive a total of FOUR HUNDRED (400) SQUARE METERS per requirements of Bureau of Fire Regional Office, Region IX, Zamboanga City for possible construction of Typical Fire Station;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Labrador, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-11 series of 2019, Resolution approving the Rehabilitation of Labrador-Villacastor Farm-to-Market Road (FMR);

Approving Executive Order No. DBL-028, series of 2019, an order providing for the creation of the Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (MTF-ELCAC) of the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Re: MDC Reso. No. DBL-10 series of 2019, Resolution approving Supplemental Capability Development of the Municipality;

Authorizing Dr. Remegio K. Cordenillo, Jr. of Municipal Health Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement herein referred as PARTNER PHYSICIAN with FELICISIMА L. SULTAN, OFELIA V. FERNANDEZ and ADELAIDA L. GUERRERO referred as SERVICE PROVIDER to ensure that quality care is provided to the patient, especially the mother and the newborn who are needing higher level of maternal and neonatal care;
