Adopting Resolution No. 2020-7504 from the Sangguniang Panlalawigabn, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, re: A Resolution interposing objection on the construction of a flood control at the boundary of Barangay Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and Barangay Damit, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur pending action on Resolution No. 2020-7443 dated June 2, 2020;

allowing, TESDA, Provincial Training Center, Zamboanga Sibugay to occupy space located at Bagsakan Center, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to ANDREA CANAS, of Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Accepting the donated One Million (P1,000,000.00) from Provincial Government, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to be utilized for the purchase of food items intended for Locally Stranded individuals (LSI’s), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF’s) and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW’s) who are to undergo quarantine process in their respective Municipal Quarantine Areas subject to Specific Purpose and conditions set forth;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-012-2020, re: Resolution adopting MPOC Resolution No. 02-2020, re: A Resolution approving the realignment of some allocations of various projects and programs under the POPS Fund to salaries of reservist augmented for COVID-19 operations;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-011-2020, re: Resolution amending the Supplemental AIP that includes the installation of street lights from Barangay Guitom to Barangay Guminta due to erroneous entry;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-010-2020, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan CY 2020;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Datu Panas, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
