Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to demolish the Police compact and the ramp fronting the Negosyo Center, located at the Buug Public Market;

Endorsing Resolution No. 052, s. 2020 from LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay earnestly requesting Atty. Pinky Grace P. Pareja, Regional Director, NCIP Region IX, Pagadian City to detail Dr. Roger G. Tog at Buug Municipal Health Center;

Granting COVID-19 Hazard Pay to all LGU Employees, elected officials, Job Orders, Contract of Service basis rendering service during Enhance Community Quarantine (ECQ) at P200.00/day per employee from March 25, 2020 to April 30, 2020;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay San Jose, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Allowing Mrs. Thelma Remegio to sell at the Buug Public Market-Fish Section and shall be collected an amount of P50.00 cash ticket per day.

Granting financial assistance to to MARELYN LAPUHAPU GALAMBAO, the daughter of the late ELIZA PIMENTEL LAPUHAPU from Purok 7, Barangay Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU ) with DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT (DSWD), Field Office 09, with office address at Gen. Vicente Alvarez Street, Zamboanga City, Philippines represented by its REGIONAL DIRECTOR, FATIMA S. CAMINAN, herein referred to as DSWD for the effective implementation of National Feeding Program for Public Day Care Centers (PDCCs) or Child Development Centers (CDCs), public kindergarten and elementary schools, pursuant to Section 4 of the said law to address under nutrition among Filipino Children;

Granting financial assistance to Cristina Gabasan, the wife of Mr. Julito Gabasan from Barangay Lantawan. Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to Nenita Duho, the wife of the late Mr. Loreto Duho from Barangay Pulog, Zamboanga Sibugay in the in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to AURELIO L. PARAMI, of Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2020 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Delmonte, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
