Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Maganay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Setting August 24, 2020 as deadline for the renewal of Motorcycle Franchise for those who failed to renew last February 20, 2020 and failure to renew of the said date, franchise will be revoked and awarded to the new applicants;

Requesting the HONORABLE GOVERNOR WILTER YAP PALMA and HONORABLE VICE GOVERNOR REY ANDRE OLEGARIO for financial assistance in the amount of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P1,600,000.00) intended for the application of Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title for IP’s of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Strongly supports for the issuance of Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) of the Indigenous People’s of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to CATALINA M. BALASE, the daughter of the late PASTOR LAUZA MALINAO, a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the payment of casket that is still an accounts payable to the funeral home in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos P10,000.00) to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MEL JANE E. ROSALEM, the daughter of the late MELGAR A. ROSALEM, a resident of Purok 30A, Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the payment of casket that is still an accounts payable to the funeral home in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos P10,000.00) to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to SHIELA A. YANO, the sister in law of the late BIMBO BALURAN, a resident of Purok 6, Barangay Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the payment of casket that is still an accounts payable to the funeral home in the amount of Seven Thousand Pesos (P7,000.00) to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Local Chief Executive, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Buug Municipal Police Station, a government office under the PNP, created and operating under R.A. No. 6975,as amended with office address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay represented herein by its Chief of Police, PMAJOR JERRY PRESNO LABRADOR, hereunder referred as PNP Buug, to jointly enforce implementation of the fishery laws of the Republic of the Philippines and related local ordinances of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Local Chief Executive, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, to execute a Deed of Usufruct or any related contract for the use of a portion of the lot located at BIADC, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with an area of ONE (1.0000) HECATE in favor of TESDA PROVINCIAL CENTER, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Commending, SIVAMPCO, Buug Branch, through its Board of Directors, CEO and Staff for their undying support to LGU-Buug during the COVID-19 pandemic;

Approving 2020 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Bawang, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
