Adopting the Nutritional Guidelines for Filipinos;

Adopting the Guidelines on Local Nutrition Planning;

Adopting the adopting the National Policy on Nutrition Management in Emergencies and Disasters;

Adopting the adopting Republic Act No. 11037, an act institutionalizing a National Feeding Program for undernourished children in public day care, kindergarten and elementary schools to combat hunger and undernutrition among Filipino Children and appropriating funds therefor;

Approving the guidelines on the selection of non-wood height and length measuring tool;

Adopting the Republic Act No. 8676, an act establishing the Philippine Food Fortification Program and for other purposes.;

Adopting the Republic Act No. 8172, an act promoting salt iodization nationwide and for related purposes;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to purchase a parcel of land located at Barangay Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) SQUARE METERS , more or less intended for the relocation of informal settler families in the amount of SEVEN MILLION PESOS (P7,000,00);

Approving the MDC Reso No. DBL-002-2023, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 01 for CY 2023;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-001-2023, re: Resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended appropriations in the 20% Economic Development Fund;

Approving the Local Anti-Criminality Plan for the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay intended for the above-mentioned purposes;

Granting financial assistance to CONCHITA S. MAGBANUA, daughter of CONSUELO SUMPO, a resident of Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Municipal Treasurer, MR. RUDY S. MAQUILING to issue Franchise to new applicants using the old CAB Numbers of those who failed to renew using the twenty five percent (25%) discount in the collection of unpaid total franchise;

Approving Barangay Revenue Ordinance No. 01-2022, An Ordinance enacting the Revised Barangay Revenue Code of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to MARISSA H. DUNGOG, wife of the late AMADO DUNGOG, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
