Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. MAGOLAMA an educational institution duly recognized and operating under the laws of the Philippines with address at Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the conduct of mandatory and continuing training of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials and Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) Members of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
