Resolution approving the procurement of brand-new motorcycles amounting to Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P2,550,000.00) intended for DRRM use to different barangays, to wit: MOTORCYCLE 8 UNITS 150cc BASALEM COMPOSTELA DANLUGAN GUITOM GUMINTA GUINTOLOAN PLING MOTORCYCLE 8 UNITS 157cc BAG-ONG BORBON BAWANG BULAAN LANTAWAN LABRADOR MUYO TALAMIMI

Granting financial assistance to ELSIE N. VILLANUEVA, a resident of Purok 4, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

AUTHORIZING HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MARY MAGDALYN R. BURGOS, CPA, MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTANT AND RUDY S. MAQUILING, MUNICIPAL TREASURER,ALL OF THIS MUNICIPALITY TO ENROLL IN THE LANDBANK INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET BANKING “weAccess” to Execute /sign all documents necessary to subscribe to LBP’s “weAccess”; Designate/authorize personnel to act as “maker” or “authorizer” for the company’s access to LBP’s weAccess banking facility; and Amend/add/delete enrolled deposit account/s as source and/or destination account/s, access rights to the weAccess modules, authorization rules and/or any information on the original and succeeding enrollments;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Talamimi, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to DORITA A. OBEREZ, a resident of Purok 1, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Establishing BOTIKA NG RURAL HEALTH UNIT OF BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY as a License Pharmacy and the various functions thereof;

Applying for a License to Operate (LTO) as type 1 ambulance for Rural Health Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) with HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (Pag-IBIG Fund), a government financial institution duly organized and existing under and by virtue of Republic Act. No. 9679, with principal office and postal address at Petron mega Plaza, 358 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, represented by its Area Head of Western Mindanao, Ms. MARY JOANNE I. REYES, and hereinafter referred to as the Pag-IBIG Fund for the implementation of Online STL Application through Virtual Pag-ibig, defining its roles duties and responsibilities, thereof;

Granting financial assistance to ANICITA CAMAS, wife of RICARDO CAMAS, a resident of Pulog, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting HONORABLE WILTER YAP PALMA, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to allocate funds intended for Barangay Pamintayan and Pulog Water System in the amount of Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00);

Supporting that LGU cannot, on its own, implement the housing function devolve to it under the Mandanas vs. Executive Secretary ruling, this August Body passes this resolution and requests that NHA to allocate funds for the LGU’s constituents in relation to housing projects;

Requesting CONGRESSMAN WILTER YAP PALMA to allocate funds intended for the construction of Board Walk and Food Court for Barangay Pamintayan in the amount of Fifteen Million Pesos (P15,000,000.00);

Requesting Honorable Wilter Yap Palma, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to allocate funds intended for the Government Internship Program for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting HONORABLE SECRETARY, MANUEL M. BONOAN, DPWH, thru HON. MARIA CATALINA E. CABRAL, Under Secretary, DPWH, Planning and PPP, DPWH Main Office, Manila to allocate funds intended for LGU-Buug Water System;
