Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Muyo, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Pamintayan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Guminta, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Earnestly requesting the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Region IX-PMB for the modification of the Buug Natural Biotic Area (BUNBA) boundaries;

ADOPTING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2023-001, re: Implementation of the Halina’t Magtanim Ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG) sa Barangay Project for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to JOEL T. MALAG, cousin of the late ARNOLD LUMINZA BALABAD a resident of Purok 2, Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Concurring the appointment of HAZIEL ALAMBATIN BUSACO, as Municipal Agriculturist, this Municipality with Salary Grade 24 effective March 16, 2023;

Concurring the appointment of ENGR. RICHARD C. TEVES, as Municipal Engineer, this Municipality with Salary Grade 24 effective March 16, 2023;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Poblacion, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Delmonte, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Muyo, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
