Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), with office address at F.B. Harrison St., Pasay City, Metro Manila, represented by its Administrator, HON. ARNALDO A. IGNACIO and Local Liga ng mga Barangay (LIGA), Buug Chapter, with office address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented by its Liga President, HON. KEITH JONES B. LAGAS on the Establishment of OFW HELP DESK in every barangays and designating OFW Focal Person;

LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Department of Information and Communications Technology, an executive department of the Philippine Government existing by virtue of Republic Act No. 10844, otherwise known as the “DICT Act of 2015”, with principal office address at DICT Bldg., C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Diliman, Quezon City, represented by its Undersecretary for e-Government, DAVID L. ALMIROL, JR., and hereinafter referred to as “DICT” for the implementation of eLGU on harmonized, integrated and interoperable Information and Communication Technology System and application;

RESOLUTION ENDORSING HONORABLE RENATO T. BANAGAN AS SANGGUNIANG BAYAN REPRESENTATIVE TO PEOPLE’S LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD (PLEB) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

Granting financial assistance to WINA DIVINE DUMAM-AG RUIZ, of legal age, single and a resident of Purok 4, Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8,000.00) for the calamity/disaster victim whose house was swept away by the landslide that transpired on or about 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon last July 12, 2024 to be taken from the LDRRM Funds

Granting financial assistance to ELIZA G. MAMINSAG, mother of LOVELY JANE G. MAMINSAG, (Patient) resident of Purok 5, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds

Granting financial assistance to LUDY GUMBA BACUS, husband of DORIS A. BACUS, (Patient) resident of Purok 9, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ANGELITA R. MANGUBAT, sister of the late VICENTE LIBRERO MANGUBAT, a resident of Purok 3, Bag-ong Borbon, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ROSELYN CASAS MAPULA, wife of the late BONIFACIO PINOTE MAPULA, a resident of Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting cash incentives to the above-mentioned students who gave distinct honor and prestige to our Municipality in the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) each students and coach for the journalism category and Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for Taekwondo;

Approving Local School Board Resolution No. 05 series of 2024 restricting the operation of business establishments within hundred (100) meters from school premises both public and private schools to school children during class hours to those who are engaged with the following: a. Operation of Billards or similar recreational venues. b. Selling of cigarettes/tobacco products and vape c. Internet cafes d. Selling of liquors and beverages

JAVING, a resident of Purok 13, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to EUFEMIA D. SALERO, sister of the late OFELIN D. SUIZO, a resident of Purok 3, Pling, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
