RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. ALMA S. ALVARADO AS MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (MGDH), SALARY GRADE 24, THIS MUNICIPALITY EFFECTIVE AUGUST 27, 20204;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under P-4 Lease Contract with MACE FARM, represented by the Sole Proprietor MR. MICHAEL REY B. EMORECHA, with residence and postal address of Barangay Labrador, a fixed rental of One Town One Product (OTOP) in amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) monthly;

RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPEAL TO PCOL BARNARD DANIE V. DAGUSO, PNP PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY FOR THE POSSIBLE RETENTION OF PMAJ MANOLO T. ECHEM, AS CHIEF OF POLICE OF BUUG MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-018 series of 2024, re: Resolution adopting and approving the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Resolution No. DBL 08-S2024;

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-017 series of 2024, re: Resolution adopting and approving the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Annual Investment Plan for year 2025;

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-016 series of 2024, re: Resolution adopting the Plan and Budget for CY 2025 of the Local Council for the Protection of Children of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-015 series of 2024. Re: Resolution adopting the Plan and Budget for CY 2025 of the Senior Citizen and Persons with Disability (PWD) of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-014 series of 2024, re: Resolution adopting the 2025 Gad Plan and Budget in the amount of Twelve Million Two Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (P12,208,800.00);

Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-020 series of 2024, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Capability Development of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to ELNA S. PADILLA, wife of GILMER TURNO PADILLA (Patient), a resident of Purok 5, Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESO (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MARY ANN B. BURLAYAN, daughter of ALFREDO NISNISAN BURLAYAN, SR. (Patient), a resident of Purok 5, Mabuhay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
