Adopting and Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-006-2024, re: A Resolution approving the reprogramming of some unexpected allocation for CY 2024, savings of current and continuing appropriation and 20% development fund share from NTA adjustment for CY 2024;

Concurring the appointment of Mr. Marlon I. Gregorio as Municipal Government Department Head I (LDRRMO), this Municipality effective July 5, 2024;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANG SIBUGAY, a local government unit established and existing under the laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay represented by HONORABLE ANN K. HOFER, Provincial Governor for the implementation of Inter-LGU Cooperation particularly on Universal Health Care Implementation;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ENGR. SHEENA GRACE GUERRERO TINGOB – as Engineer 1 to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer with a monthly salary of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) effective July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer with a monthly salary of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) effective July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality for the renewal of CONTRACT OF SERVICES to commence on July 1, 2024 up to December 31, 2024, of this municipality for the following to wit: 1. Jestoni Moncada - Heavy Equipment Road Roller Compactor Operator and other related Duties and Functions 2. Rosalio Romero - Heavy Equipment Mechanic 3. Marvin Murayao - Backhoe Operator 4. Alfredo Conui, Jr. - Heavy and Light Equipment Mechanic 5. Danilo Sayson - Heavy and Light Radiator Mechanic 6. Ramil Econar - Heavy and Light Equipment Electrician 7. Niel Jann G. Catipay -Heavy and Light Equipment Body Builder

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with MIKE CARPENTEROS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Poblacion, Buug as Aircon Technician with a monthly Salary of P10,000.00 effective July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with EXELIQE MED CO., a partnership organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal address at Block 2 Lot 28 Cinderella Subdivision Anhawon Bulua Cagayan de Oro City, herein represented by its duly authorized officer, EDNA MARIE A. MOCORRO for the provision and operation of RHU-Buug Hematology Analyzer;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with BAWANG FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a registered farmers’ cooperative/association, with office address at Barangay Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay represented herein by its President, ANGELITO A. HORTEL, duly authorized by the Board of Directors to represent the cooperative to enter into this agreement through a board resolution, therein referred to as “RECEIPIENT and DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE- Regional Field Office IX, an agency of the government with office address in Lenienza, Pagadian City represented by, Regional Executive Director, Department of Agriculture, for the implementation ENGR. MARCOS C. AVES, SR. of the Livestock-Based Economic Enterprise Development (LEED Program-Establishment of Multiplier Farm under the National Livelihood Program with a total project cost of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,800,000.00), to wit:

LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), a government agency created pursuant to Republic Act No. 5416, through its REGIONAL OFFICE IX, with the Office address at General Vicente Alvarez St., Zamboanga City, and represented by HONORABLE DIRECTOR RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN, CESO IV for the implementation of Social Pension Beneficiaries appropriated herein shall be used for the monthly stipend of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) for the Senior Citizen beneficiaries for 3rd and 4th Quarter of 2024, as determined by the DSWD;

Adopting DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-071, re: “Adoption and implementation of the Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN) 2023-2028”;

Adopting Presidential Decree No. 1569, re: “Strengthening the Barangay Nutrition program by providing Nutrition Scholar in every Barangay, providing funds therefor, and for other purposes”;
