Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipality Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) with BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION, a national agency created and mandated to enforce the Fire Code of the Philippines of 2008 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) as provided for in Republic Act No. 9514, represented by FCSUPT JERRY D. CANDIDO, DSC, Regional Director, Bureau of Fire Protection Region IX, Pagadian City for the Implementation of E-LGU System Integration;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipality Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) with WERR CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at Parc Building, 2756 Bruger St., Putatan, Muntinlupa City, represented by Area Manager Mindanao, ENGR. MODESTO D. TURROBIA, by virtue of the Board Resolution, verified through a Secretary’s Certificate, and hereinafter referred to as the DEVELOPER/CONCTRACTOR for the proclaiming the DEVELOPER, WERR CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL as entity to construct and develop the socialized housing project in connection with the implementation of the Pambansang Pabahay Para Sa Pilipino: Zero ISF Program for 2028;

Granting financial assistance to MARIVEL ENDAC DANIEL, daughter of the late CONCHITA OMANDAM DANIEL, a resident of Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to FLORENDA B. DOÑO, mother of JAMES ANGELO DOÑO (Patient), a resident of Purok 7, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
