A RESOLUTION APPROVING IN REVIEW AND DECLARING OPERATIVE THE CY 2024 SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY AGUTAYAN OF THIS MUNICIPALITY

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE AND ENTER INTO LOAN AGREEMENT, FURTHER TO SIGN ENDORSE LOAN DOCUMENTS, DEED OF ASSIGNMENTS, NOTES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE LOAN, THEREBY APPROVING THE PROJECTS TO BE OBTAINED AND FINANCED BY THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK) AND THESE ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN OR ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM OF MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a DATA PROCESSING AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT with the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE REGIONAL FIELD OFFICE, a government agency created under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at Lenienza, Pagadian City represented herein by its Regional Executive Director, ENGR. MARCOS C. AVES, SR. for the implementation of data processing agreement that complies with the requirements of the current legal framework in relation to data processing and with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and related circulars and issuances of the National Privacy Commission;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS to purchase a Commercial Lot located at Barangay Maganay along the National Highway, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay intended for Buug Commercial Center and Integrated Bus Terminal (IBT), this Municipality;

RESOLUTION NO. 175-2024 Supplemental Budget No. 2-2024

Allowing the Arabic School beside the Masjid Al-Noor (Mosque) represented by ANSARI G. SUMAGAYAN, President of Mahad Al-Rhamaniah Al-Islamic to install a “road signs” located at Purok 13, Poblacion, Pioneer Street beside Masjid Al-Noor (Mosque) where the Arabic School is located;

Adopting the Policy on Ambulance and its Operation of Rural Health Unit, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to sign, make or execute the Deed of Sale of a portion of land containing an area of ONE (1.0000) HECTARE, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 130-2024000779 with Lot No. 53-B-2-A registered in the name of Jeffrey Cabarron Tan-awon, Brigette Cabarron Tan-awon, Jessieson Cabarron Tan-awon, Jr. and Jessieson Caasi Tan-awon;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 01-S-2024, re: An Ordinance providing a Traffic Management within the vicinity of Barangay Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 07-series of 2024 from Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay re: An ordinance establishing the VAWC Desk in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Buug, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and prescribing the protocol in the handling of VAWC cases filed thereof;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 06-series of 2024 from Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay re: An ordinance imposing penalties on acts causing disturbance to peace and order in the Barangay; Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 06-series of 2024 from Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay re: An ordinance imposing penalties on acts causing disturbance to peace and order in the Barangay;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 005-series of 2024 from Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay re: BARANGAY VIDEOKE REGULATION ORDINANCE;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 04-series of 2024 from Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, re: An Ordinance mandating curfew hours for children and adults from 10:00 o’clock in the evening to 4:00 o’clock in the morning prescribing the other procedure for their apprehension and custody and for other purposes;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 03-series of 2024 from Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay., re: An Ordinance penalizing person or group of people who is involved in rumor mongering or gossiping (tsismis) in the community, creating a technical group in charge of investigation and imposing corresponding penalties and punishment thereof;
