LGU BUUG

Requesting financial assistance from HONORABLE SHARKY W. PALMA, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay for the concreting of Farm to Market Road (Barangay Labrador-Villacastor) in the amount of ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (P100,000,000.00);

Requesting SENATORRONALD "BATO" DELA ROSA, for financial assistance in the amount of FORTY MILLION PESOS (P40,000,000.00) intended for rip-rapping and landscaping of the new Municipal Hall Building;

SIBUGUEY VALLEY MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (SIVAMPCO) was registered and duly approved by the Cooperative Development Authority and shall continue to enjoy the rights and privileges in accordance with RA 9520 and all other laws appurtenant thereto with its new Certificate of Registration No. CIN-0101090083, dated December 23, 2009 at Quezon City;

AURORA INTEGRATED MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (AIMCooP), BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, was registered and duly approved by the Cooperative Development Authority and shall continue to enjoy the rights and privileges in accordance with RA 9520 and all other laws appurtenant thereto unless this Certificate is suspended or cancelled for cause with its new Certificate of Registration No. CIN-0102090030, dated November 23, 2009 at Quezon City;

Re:granting financial assistance to BERNADETH P. LUMOD, grandmother of the late GWEN CAPALAC from Purok 2, Barangay Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of the late GWEN L. CAPALAC to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Re: authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, through the Environmental Management Bureau Region IX with principal office at Sitio Lantawan, Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City represented by its OIC Regional Director, JOSEFINO Р. BELOCURA, JR., hereinafter referred to as EMB for the establishment of a National Ecosavers Program (NEP) in Public Elementary and High Schools in cooperation with concerned Local Municipal Government;

Re: authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with NATIONAL DAIRY AUTHORITY, а government-owned and controlled corporation attached to the Department of Agriculture created by RA. 7884, with office address at the NDA Bldg., BAI Compound, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, represented herein by its OIC, Department Manager, ROY ANTONIO P. HOJAS, hereinafter referred to as the NDA for the Program titled "LGU-Buug Community/Pregnant Women and underweight children Program".

Granting financial assistance to JERIEL RAZON, granddaughter of the late LUMINADA MONILAR from Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket of the late LUMINADA MONILAR that is still an account payable to the funeral home to be take from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to EDWIN SABURNIDO, brother of the late SOCORRO D. SABURNIDO from Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket of the late SOCORRO D. SABURNIDO that is still an account payable to the funeral home to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2019 Annual Budget of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect PROVIDED that the IP Assembly be appropriated and be prioritized on the 1st Supplemental Budget;

Re:granting financial assistance to EDGAR AVENIDO, brother of the late GAY CORPIN AVENIDO from Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of the late GAY CORPIN AVENIDO to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Re: granting financial assistance to MARDELYN G. LAGURA, sister-in-law of the late JULIE GONZALES LAGURA from Purok 24, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOs (P15,000.00) for the payment of casket of the late JULIE GONZALES LAGURA that is still an account payable to the funeral home to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting the Municipal Budget Officer, Mrs. Maria Nita T. Bentic, to allocate funds in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) intended for the relocation of the Municipal Streets, this municipality to be included in the preparation of the 2020 Annual Budget;

Creating the 2019 Sangguniang Bayan Standing Committees to be composed of the following committees with the chairmen and its members;
