A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS TO ENTER INTO MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE INSURANCE SYSTEM (GSIS) IN CONNECTION WITH THE LGU'S INTENTION TO AVAIL THE GSIS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE LOAN (GFAL) II PROGRAM FOR ITS QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES

re: Resolution adopting and supporting the Provincial Foreshore Development and Management Plan for the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and the creation of Foreshore Development and Management Board to improve, develop, manage, protect and conserve the foreshore areas of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay;

re: Resolution adopting the proposed General Zoning and Color Coding of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to be used in the thematic maps for the finalization of PFDMP;

Re:granting financial assistance to NARCISA O. FERDNANDEZ, residing at Purok 1, Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of her late daughter to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Re:granting financial assistance to ROLDAN D. ALAJAS, uncle of the late FRANCIS CYNHIEL B. ALAJAS from Purok 21A, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of the late FRANCIS CYNHIEL B. ALAJAS to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Re: Affirming that the area applied for sand and gravel of Mr. Florencio Majarocon is located at Purok 6, Barangay Villacastor, registered in the name of ADELAIDA DELA PEÑA, et al, with Lot No. 1458, Pls-547 covered with Transfer Certificate of Title No. (CTC) No. E-33,417 containing an area of TWO HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (207,224) SQUARE METERS;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Pling, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing the Eighty Four (84) active BHW's of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Provincial Government of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the inclusion on the list of recipients of Provincial honorarium;

Indorsing to this Honorable Body the appointment of Ms. Mary Magdalyn T. Reganion as Municipal Accountant, this Municipality for legislative concurrence effective August 1, 2019;

President Rodrigo Duterte, suspended the operations of all gaming schemes granted by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, citing "massive corruption in the agency and ordered authorities to shut down lotto outlets and other gaming kiosks;

Requesting HONORABLE WILTER YAP PALMA, Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to fund the construction of Mini-Gymnasium in the amount of FORTY MILLION PESOS (P40,000,000.00) with the prayer that the request contained herein be given favorable action;

Requesting SENATOR CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE "BONG" TESORO GO, for financial assistance intended for construction of Buug Public Market in the amount of THIRTY MILLION PESOS (P30,000,000.00) with the prayer that the request contained herein be given favorable action;
