A RESOLUTION APPROVING IN REVIEW AND DECLARING OPERATIVE THE CY 2024 ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY LABRADOR OF THIS MUNICIPALITY

A RESOLUTION APPROVING IN REVIEW AND DECLARING OPERATIVE THE CY 2024 ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY MAGANAY OF THIS MUNICIPALITY

Granting financial assistance to HAZEL A. MARIAGON, daughter of ADELFA O. ALFORQUE, a resident of Purok 1, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JORMHIA R. NAIN, wife of ODEN ECOD NAIN (Patient), a resident of Purok 2, Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to CYRIL B. BANDAL, uncle of the late BERNARD ROMERO, a resident of Purok 19, Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ANABELLE Z. LANTACA, mother of JO-ANN L. CABALIDA (Patient), a resident of Purok 3, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from to Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through its Regional Office with office address at Zamboanga City represented by Regional Director RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN, CESO, IV hereinafter referred to as the DSWD for the implementation of Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) 14th Cycle for CY 2023;

Approving and Adopting Resolution No. 21 series of 2024, Resolution authorizing Barangay Captain Hon. Lito A. Bitantos, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the establishment of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Sub-Station at Barangay Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and authorizing his further to sign the Memorandum of Agreement in behalf of Barangay Labrador;

Granting financial assistance to RICARDA EMOLIN, live-in-partner of the late MARIO A. CAPUNDAG, a resident of Purok 7, Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance ROSALIO HERODIES ROMERO, son of the late LUCIO RATONEL ROMERO, a resident of Purok 1, Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to CICILIA P. NAVAS sister of the late CICILLE BATO-AMPO, a resident of Purok 5, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
